With the Macquarie Telecom Meeting Centre application setup on your computer, you can start your meetings directly from Outlook and get access to full-featured web conferencing.
Alternatively if you don't use Outlook, simply click on the Meeting Launcher icon (located in your Windows Systems Tray) to start a meeting.
